Job purpose:

Assurance of day-to-day effective administrative, financial, logistic and organisational operation of the Project office

Требования:

Qualifications:
• Graduate degree level (or equivalent) in management/business administration and/or related area
• Fluent in English languages

Skills and Abilities:

• Skills and experience in administration of complex Technical Assistance projects
• Skills and experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to execute tasks on time and on budget
• Ability to originate written project administration documents of good quality and to work to tight deadlines
• Well-developed inter-personal and team working skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain contacts and good working relations with relevant partners
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to deal with high workloads and tight deadlines
• IT skills, including good skills in using MS products

Knowledge:
• Thorough knowledge of financial management rules

Experiences:
• Experience of working in the public administration and/or national or international Technical Assistance projects
• Delivering professional and credible documents to internal and external customers

Обязанности:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Provision of administrative, logistical and organisational support for the preparation and implementation of the Project activities
2. Organisation and implementation of the Project local bookkeeping and accounting
3. Translation services from Kyrgyz into English and vice-versa, if needed
4. Support the Project planning, financial reporting
5. Maintenance of records and information systems to support audit trail in liaison with the Team Leader and Project Manager
6. Support the overall quality control of reports and outputs (layouting and preparation for submission)
7. Setting up and management of a Project document archive
8. Establishment and maintenance of a Project “contact database” (for stakeholders, partners etc.)
9. Ensure secretarial support, including taking the minutes of the Project Steering Committee meetings
10. Assist in organising the Project’s Team agenda and ensure arrangements for support, local logistics and services for international/local experts
11. Support in intrepretation while meetings, if needed
12. Ensure the timesheets and the Project records are in time and in place
13. Coordinate planning and delivery of seminars, workshops and other Project activities
14. Key signatory for local expenditure, further to the agreed rules and procedures
15. Instigation of project closure and legacy plan

Условия работы:

- Full working day (9.00-18.00)
- Office in the center of Bishkek city
- Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and skills - to be discussed during the interview
- Reports to: Team Leader (TL) – IBF Project Manager
